THE STORY BEHIND THE ART
Art Revealer is a collection of videos about art and its creators. Each video, 2 to 4 minutes in length, promotes a current or upcoming exhibit, in both Art Galleries and Museums in the U.S. and abroad.
After a simple production process, the video is edited and then placed on the client’s website and distributed all over the web, including You Tube, Vimeo, Google and Yahoo. Clients also have the option of distributing their videos on iTunes, iPhones, Tivos, and Apple TVs. We can also make DVDs to send out with exhibit invitations or to loop on a small, flat-screen television placed on a gallery wall during an exhibit.
The Art Revealer videos reveal the stories behind the artwork, how it's made, what it's about, and who creates it.
The videos are produced by Brent Bayless, a Los Angeles-based, award-winning filmmaker and documentarian. Brent and his crew personally tailor each video based on the artist, exhibit and subject matter. He has 10 years experience in professional video production and uses only quality equipment, including high-definition cameras and state-of-the-art editing tools. Brent allows the story of the art and its creator to surface and reveal the true meaning of the work. The videos are not only promotional but also intriguing and inspiring, creating both a desire to visit the exhibit and a historical archive that will last forever.
